CALLS

  • We are experiencing a higher volume of calls than we usually do, we are also experiencing a higher volume of orders.
  • Please be patient with us during this time, we will continue offering you the high level of service that we always have but your wait times over the phone may increase and orders may take longer than usual.

PRODUCT DELIVERIES

  • As of the 2nd April, Australia Post have reduced their collection times.
  • As such, deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 business days. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
  • Please also be mindful that there will be an increase in people using delivery services which may slow the arrival of orders to your business.

OUR STAFF

  • Our Customer Service team has been grouped into smaller rotation teams of minimal people for handling dispatch and answering phone calls.
  • The rest of our staff are working remotely and are available in the same capacity that they have always been.
  • We are continuing to follow the highest standards of health and hygiene to ensure the safety of our workplace and staff, such as increasing our cleaning schedule using approved disinfectant products and making hand sanitiser available for all staff.
  • Any staff member who is unwell will not work from the office and will obtain a medical certificate before returning to head office.

  • All Area Mangers are working from home and conducting meetings over Microsoft Teams.
