How do I Place Orders with Thera Health?
You can place orders by phone, email, or fax.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum or maximum order amount. However orders under $150 incur a $10 freight charge. Orders over $150 are freight free.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Product orders placed before 12pm QLD time will be dispatched the same day. All efforts will be made to meet these processing times for orders placed Mon to Fri.
- Orders will take between 1-3 working days for delivery, remote areas will take 3-5 working days.
- Larger orders over 10 kgs will take 2-4 days for delivery, remote areas for these parcels will take 4-6 working days.
How do I pay Thera Health for my orders?
If you have signed up for a 20 day account, a tax invoice is sent with your shipment that contains our bank account information. You can pay by direct deposit, send us a cheque, or call us to pay by credit card. If you have signed up for a ‘pay before dispatch’ account or have not provided credit references, we will charge your credit card as soon as you have placed your order. Your invoice will still be sent with the shipment and will display as PAID.
Do you offer specials once I open a Retailer account?
Yes, we offer new accounts 20% off on selected ranges for the first 30 days after opening an account. In addition, we offer specials on selected products throughout the year. We send monthly emails so you can stay up to date with our current specials.

Thera Health has an agreement with the international brands that we carry to be the Exclusive Authorised Distributor within Australia. Retailers who purchase direct from Thera Health are therefore Authorised Retailers.
By buying product through the appropriate channel, you can be 100% certain that you are buying a genuine product, that has come direct from the source in a quality controlled environment. It also means you will be supported by Thera Health’s excellent customer service and technical support.

Nicola is a qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and is also a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). She enjoys educating peers and patients about encouraging how to restore balance and optimal function to improve wellness and overall quality of life. She has a keen interest in gut health, autoimmunity and hormones.

Rochelle Holroyd
Rochelle is a qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is a member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). She has a passion for helping people to establish balance in their lives, and finds joy in improving their health. Rochelle also teaches Pilates and is completing yoga teacher training. Rochelle commonly supports clients with gut health, nervous system support and skin conditions.

Brooke Marion, BHSc (Nat)
Brooke is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science. She is a member of the Australasian Association and Register of Practicing Nutritionists (AARPN). She is passionate about evidence-based nutrition education to support clients and practitioners in making informed choices for their health and wellbeing. Particular areas of interest include reproductive care, family nutrition, and nervous system support.

Heather Lang, BHSc Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine
Heather is a fully qualified Clinical Nutritionist and a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association.
With a passion for holistic health, Heather has loved working in clinic helping clients reach their health goals with an evidence-based root cause approach. Now she is excited to work with the retailers and practitioners of Vic and SA to support their customers and patients in the best way possible.
Heather is originally from the UK and her areas of interest are women’s health and skin conditions, particularly acne.

In his clinical work, Nick has a particular focus on chronic pain management, functional digestive disorders, as well as mental health and cognitive concerns. He also loves educating practitioners on the latest developments in integrative and functional medicine and has presented at conferences and educational events around Australia and New Zealand.
