Terms & Conditions

No credit will be processed for returned goods unless:

• The goods were supplied in error, incorrectly addressed or were damaged in transit
• A request for credit is lodged within 2 days of receipt of product, providing invoice reference and date of order and
• The goods are returned within 7 days.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, or if products were over-ordered.

Product expiry dates are visible on product detail pages and in the cart. Please carefully check these dates when placing your order online. We are unable to offer exchanges or returns based on product expiry dates.

For pay after dispatch customers, payment of all invoices is due within 30 days of the end of the month in which the goods were supplied. Thera Health reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at its sole discretion. Thera Health reserves the right to charge 2% per month interest for late payments.

Please note the Ayurda *Professional Range* is to be dispensed by qualified healthcare practitioners only. As such, the display of these products is limited to behind-the-counter only.

Products can be purchased in any quantity.  All orders over $200 excluding GST will be delivered freight-free. Orders under $200 attract a freight charge of $14.50 (inc. GST).

Product orders placed before 12pm QLD time will be dispatched the same day. All efforts will be made to meet these processing times for orders placed Mon to Fri.

• Orders will take between 1-3 working days for delivery, remote areas will take 3-5 working days.
• Larger orders over 10 kgs will take 2-4 days for delivery, remote areas for these parcels will take 4-6 working days.

a) The Customer and the Guarantor/s (if separate to the Customer) authorises the Seller to:

1. collect, retain and use any information about the Customer and/or Guarantors, for the purpose of assessing the Customer’s and/or Guarantors creditworthiness;

2. disclose information about the Customer and/or Guarantors, whether collected by the Seller from the Customer and/or Guarantors directly or obtained by the Seller from any other source, to any other credit provider or any credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit reference, debt collection or notifying a default by the Customer and/or Guarantors.

b) Where the Customer and/or Guarantors are an individual the authorities under clause 6a. are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1988.
